I just ordered some Patio furniture and send an email because some of the pieces wasn't able to be used. I sent several emails and I haven't received a return email or a call from them. This will be my first and last time using this company.
Broken item. Contacted to get replacement or refund. 2 responses of giving me a monetary discount. Would be fine if the item wasnt broken. Still waiting for my replacement. Hope you resolve this costway.

I ordered costway ride on excavator on 04/10/21. This was a birthday present for my two-year-old grandson.The item arrived on time; however, it was a bit longer transit than expected (CA to MT). The packaging was undamaged and the ride on excavator parts were intact.
We put the excavator together per the costway product pamphlet and we followed the instructions on charging prior to use. We wrapped a bow around it and could not wait to see our grandson's face when he got a ride on excavator.
Oh my! You should've seen the brokenhearted, disappointed and hurt look when he attempted to ride his costway ride on excavator on 5/09/21. The horn works (separate battery) but when you push the gas pedal it does not make any noise or attempt to move. His brother tried to push him and you could hear some noise of the engine engaging. But it did not move.
I immediately attempted to contact costway customer service; however, finding a functional, phone number for costway California is impossible! I sent emails to the only email option found on line, requesting support over phone to troubleshoot the issue. Email returned to me at 2:04 AM from costway Amelia requesting a video? Then another from costway Yuki requesting a video! I am a little taken back by this request- it seems unusual for a company to be requesting a personal video. But I comply because the grandson is so wanting his costway ride on excavator. When I sent the video I also gave personal phone number for myself and my son (USA Air Force mechanic) so that tech support could reach out and troubleshoot this. I have yet to hear from anybody via phone. But was offered "a refund of $60 as compensation and you take it to your local store to fix it?" from Amelia
I am not looking for partial payment on a defective item, I want this ride on excavator for my grandson. We do not have a local costway store in Montana. And I am sure that having someone else work on a costway product voids the company warranty on costway ride on excavator! I tell costway this, they send another that does not work and now they want more videos and pictures which I have sent despite the opinion of a USA AF mechanic that the motor is not functional. I just want the motor or the motor specs so I can have a functional gift for my 2 year old grandson.
All the feedback you see so far is computer bot written, and this site is trash. They send incomplete parts with furniture. Absolutely garbage company.
I would like to highly commend the Costway help service. I had several questions about a product. Holly answered them with quick and professional responses. She even sent me photos when I could not see the color I wanted on the website. Holly is a great asset to the Costway company and if it it weren’t for her help and advice, I probably could not have made the decision to purchase 3 stackable storage cabinets and make sure the color matched.
We ordered a patio set .It is a sturdy handsome set a part was missing and no problem getting it replaced.
Cost way is the best! Great service, great prices and always delivers on time. I will continue to purchase from them first.
Purchased a 12x10 gazebo from Costway. While the Gazebo is nice I contacted Costway to try to purchase the two canopy tops so I can have a replacement. By past experience the top only lasts two years while the frame will last 5 years or more. I cannot believe that Costway will sell something like this without the availability to get a replacement top. I spent $340 on an item that may last only 2 years. Costway's response to me was they do not sell parts. I asked if i can have the manufacturer so I could purchase the parts directly but they will not provide that to me.
They owe me $200 and refuse to reimburse me. They sold me a defective machine. The treadmill arrived only running backwards, when tightening the belt the rod and the bracket now rub together so I can not tighten the belt. The machine is unusable. They offered me a full refund, except! They had issued a "refund" as a way to pay for the repair person, that they suggested could fix the machine. Upon realizing it could not be fixed, they refunded me the rest. Meaning I am out the $200 for the repair man. They refuse to honor the refund, they refuse to answer me anymore. They have the worst customer service, they have stolen my money.
I paid less but I didnt expect a fragile stand. I would have paid a little more for a better product. Broken in few days of usuage. Not a good experience and never coming back.
service was very very slow. got the thing and it was not what i expected . i sent it back and again it was so slow to get a refund and i still didnt get the full refund.
Ok, so at 34 years of age, this is literally the first customer review I've ever left, so I hope that tells everyone how much this company sucks! Here goes: I placed my order over a week ago, they decide to ship fedex (who doesn't actually use tracking) now there's no trace of my order and I'm going to have one very heart broken 7 year old this sunday. These people suck when it comes to customer response time due to the fact that they only get back to you via email 3 days later. I shouldn't have thought that factory direct would be better... lesson learned. If I'd ordered on Amazon, even just 2 days ago 24 hours after emailing my concern to costway, then my daughter would have her water park to share with her friends and family on her special day. What's worse is the email they sent back, in response to me asking for a refund/cancelation and they asked "can you please give us an extra 5-10 days... um no, I can't move her birthday cause it's on that day for a reason! And yes, they were aware it was for a birthday party for April the 25th... it should be very obvious to never order from a company whose only way you can reach them is email... get with the $#*!ing times and get a phone number so you can become more customer oriented!

Not a tree, but an expensive toy. They promise 2-5 day delivery and after 5 days, it still hasn't even left the warehouse.
Don't buy anything from Costway, you'll be disappointed!

Yes, I purchased a new tree from Costway 3 days after Christmas last year. It is defective and I am trying to either get a refund or replacement. I put it up a few days ago and the lights initially partially worked and after 3 days now all of the lights are dim or not lighting at all with a constant quick blink. I emailed them twice already with no response. There is no phone number to call. I have seen mixed reviews, but my personal experience has not been good so far.
